Abstract: Internet has far outpaced traditional procurement channels and increasing globalisation as well as competition for perfection heightens the importance of e-procurement for the IT industry in developing nations of the Indian sub continent as well. This descriptive and conclusive research considers the perceived use of procurement activities such as information gathering, inter organisational information exchange, negotiation, bidding and payment as well as online ordering activities. Coefficient of correlation, mean and standard deviation are used to examine the perceived e-procurement for the IT industry in the Indian Sub Continent.
