Abstract: Looking from the angle of the market players, the development of specialised markets and business formats in Yiwu city (Zhejiang Province) typically explain the reason and process of the mode, its connotation and characteristics. The commercial format is a new business mode in which the market plays the main character; the function of wholesale and retail remains unchanged, and takes the business form as an e-commerce. Three business modes with the revolution of commercial formats have extended space for logistics to reform the business format and development of market players, as well as to reduce the pressure of the city.
