Abstract: Complexity is perhaps the most widely used word in literature, whether it is a scientific paper or any general article. It could be found in vivid forms, in every sphere of life. Thus, complexity is reviewed in this paper from myriad viewpoints of various researchers and scholars. With the changing times, there is a need to look at complexity from a different approach. Based on these demands, a generic framework is proposed for job (combination of activities) complexity from a new perspective, after considering limitation of previous models. Job complexity gives the details of the capabilities required of the person who is going to perform the job. Worker|s ability, thus, could be matched with the complexity of the job for proper allocation of work to him.

Keywords: complexity; job complexity; complexity model; diversion of mind; knowledge; mind engagement; negotiation tactics.
