Abstract: The manufacturing industrial context is currently characterised by the emergence of new organisational forms like outsourcing, which is recognised as allowing a reduction of the costs and a recentring on the heart of trade. Unfortunately, certain decisions of outsourcing do not turn as expected and involve unforeseen risks. It is in this context that the objective of this work is registered. It proposes to accompany the process of decision-making within outsourced companies for a better adaptation by the organisation facing the various risks of outsourcing.
