Title: An experiential learning approach to teaching waiting line principles

Abstract: Teaching MBA students goes beyond the computations. I want them to learn how to |think| operationally. An approach that has proven effective in teaching waiting line principles is for students to discover the principles experientially thereby increasing their understanding of the underlying concepts as well as the computations.
