Abstract: In this paper, the procedure and the principle of integral hydrobulge forming technology of spherical vessels and elastic-plastic stress distribution are described. Mechanical models of the angular distortion are set up. The hastening-sphere bending moment and the hastening-sphere effect of the angular distortion are explained.
