Abstract: Successful implementation of statistical process control, as a tool for total quality control, is a key step towards achieving continuous quality and productivity improvement systems in an organization. This paper describes a model for a systematic implementation of statistical process control, discusses the basic elements necessary for its success, and provides a feasible schedule for all required activities.
