Title: Empirical research on the relationship between organisational learning and enterprise SCA

Abstract: Based on the analysis of three levels of organisational learning, the authors study the relationship between organisational learning and Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA). Through an empirical investigation of a sample of 117 enterprises in Hubei Province, several research hypotheses are tested. The results show that the three levels of organisational learning have positive direct impact on the firm|s SCA, but the interactions between individual learning and group learning, group learning and organisation learning, individual learning and organisation learning do not have positive direct impact on the firm|s SCA.
