Abstract: DEA model is employed to estimate the anti-industrial pollution efficiency with constrained emission. This is a new set of DEA models with the sum of outputs of all DMUs being fixed. The developed DEA is used to compute anti-industrial pollution efficiency in all major cities of a province in China.
