Abstract: A single and pure CoFe2O4 phase at the nanoscale has been successfully synthesised by a simple combination of milling a mixture of Fe-oxide and Co-oxide followed by annealing at low temperature, i.e., 750°C. X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurements were carried out.
