Abstract: As information becomes an increasingly important production factor, effective information management is becoming ever more relevant to corporate success. On the other hand, the introduction of new information technologies can pose problems regarding personnel training and attitude. Balancing these two factors is a management challenge, but success can result in significantly improved productivity.
