Abstract: A non-linear identification approach for modelling endothelial cells is mathematically derived and experimentally tested under the realistic alternating current voltage and a square-like shape assumption. Results demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the approach. The derived model is an important step in understanding a cell system and in developing controlling and treating certain disorders by new drugs.
