Knowledge has long been recognised as a valuable resource for organisational growth and sustaining competitive advantage. The effect of knowledge sharing on the IT organisation|s governance capability, effectiveness and efficiency, and the effect of IT governance on the mobilisation of strategic IT resources have been evaluated. A survey was conducted in Norway to collect data on knowledge sharing and IT governance.
