Abstract: This study aims at exploring Knowledge Management (KM) of universities and how to combine the concepts of KM and information technology to increase the management capability of academic administration affairs. Individual In-depth Interview method was used to obtain information about academic administration office, the role the staff play and their willingness to cooperate with this implementation. We build up the framework of this study based on the theories on organisational learning in information technology and business. With facilitation of prototyping platform, the results of this study can be used as a reference for implementing KM on academic administration affairs of other universities.
