Abstract: More than 60 years after the |atomic age| was born, the international community is still suffering from the side effects. In this paper, some common misconceptions are revealed and suggestions are proposed to remove general misunderstandings among member states and establish a more efficient and stronger governing body to regulate nuclear energy worldwide.
