Abstract: This study identifies the role of corporate knowledge management process and how it deals with business innovation and organisational change. A relationship model is created to illustrate the interrelationships among these three components. The implementation processes of Knowledge management, Innovation and Organisational change (K-I-O) and the conclusion and future development are also discussed.
