Abstract: The assessment process adopted by a School of Business that incorporates assessment of mission performance, student orientation, and service quality is described. The process incorporates identification of strengths and weaknesses, setting objectives to correct the weaknesses, planning to achieve the objectives, implementation and execution of the plans, and finally |closing the loop| through follow-up.
