Abstract: The authors offer this description of the new Agora of Philanthropolis, which embraces cyberspace as the global boundary-spanning dimension of a spectacular new experiment in human civilisation, founded upon a new Geometry of Languaging and a new Technology of Democracy based on the Structured Design Dialogue Process (SDDP). These innovations are needed to overcome the propensity toward Spreadthink, Groupthink and the |Erroneous Priorities Effect (EPE)| by facilitating meaningful group dialogue that can enhance the pursuit of community wisdom and power. This is the only way to realise the promise of democracy.
