Abstract: In contemporary enterprises, knowledge workers have to rely on knowledge management tools to retrieve, create, store, and discover knowledge. A knowledge worker|s adoption of knowledge management tools will affect his/her performance. A framework is developed in this article to depict the factors that affect the decision on the adoption of knowledge management tools.
