Title: An examination of Jaques' Felt Fair Pay Construct among owners of small to medium sized enterprises in Switzerland

Abstract: This study tests a portion of Jaques| theory of equitable payment using a sample of 330 small to medium sized business owners in Switzerland. Results support Jaques| proposition about who would be satisfied with their pay level and who would be dissatisfied with their pay.
