Abstract: The production sector remains a key area of the Russian economy and one of the most important tools for integrating the country into the international economy. The level of industrial development determines the quality of living of the population of many Russian regions. The authors of this research, which is based on extensive statistical data and uses statistical tools, analyse the current state trends of the Russian industry, which serves as a basis for elaborating rational industrial policy, improving the effectiveness of industrial complex, achieving equilibrium growth of our state.
