Abstract: When the human body is walking or exercising, each side of the knee joint must be alternately affected by the body weight and the acceleration of movement in a short period of time. In the case of poor muscle protection, it is easy to cause damage to the cruciate ligament inside the joint. This paper analyses the causes of sports injuries in competitive training in detail and takes knee joint injuries as the starting point. Before the experiment, the proprioception of the injured knee was worse than that of the healthy side, and there were very significant differences. After the experiment, the knee joint ligament training disk training group and knee joint ligament proprioception training exercise training group had significantly improved knee proprioception at the injured side, and there was no significant change in proprioception at the healthy side. In the control group, the proprioception of the injured knee was significantly improved, while the proprioception of the healthy knee was not significantly changed, but there was still a significant difference between the proprioception of the injured knee and the healthy knee. After the lateral ligament injury of the knee joint, the proprioceptive ability of the knee joint decreased. Both the knee joint ligament training disk training and the knee joint ligament proprioception training exercise can improve the injured knee joint proprioception, and there is no significant difference between them. Without any targeted training, the knee proprioceptive ability has also improved, but in the same time, its improvement effect is not as good as the knee joint ligament training disk training and knee joint ligament proprioception training exercise training.
