Abstract: This paper presents the results of empirical analysis on the relationship between customer collaboration practices in supply chain management and operational performance of manufacturing companies. Data were collected between 2013 and 2015 from 304 manufacturing companies in 13 countries across the world in the framework of high-performance manufacturing project. The results of statistical descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis indicate that customer collaboration practices have positive relationship with operational performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery speed, on-time delivery and flexibility.
