The construction and application of a standard system of in-home aged-care community service - based on an empirical analysis of Shaanxi

Abstract: As China's aging population is facing dilemma these years, how to promote in-home aged-care community service is an important problem. The current standard system of community service of in-home aged-care includes an index system, index weight, evaluating standard, evaluating method, and evaluating procedures. This paper took Shaanxi Province as an example, evaluate the status of in-home aged-care community service system in Shaanxi, and give suggestions for existing problems.
