Logical and probabilistic (LP) risk models, new mathematics, complex calculations and specialised software are considered. The concepts of invalidity in economics and top-economics are presented. New Boolean events-propositions and LP risk models are described. Techniques of synthesis of casual event probability by one or several experts are stated.
