RETRACTED ARTICLE An analysis of competency, needs, and gap on Thai engineering capabilities within ASEAN

Abstract: It is the usual policy of Inderscience to retract from publication any paper if, subsequent to publication, it becomes a matter of dispute about intellectual property, publishing ethics or legal issues. Each case is judged on individual circumstances. In this case, there are significant similarities between the paper and another published paper which was authored by D. Kraisuth and V. Panjakajornsak "Thai Engineer ASEAN Readiness: A Structural Equation Model Analysis" which had been previously published in 2017 in Asia-Pacific Social Science Review, 16(3), pp. 96-117. This paper has therefore been retracted.
