Abstract: Service supply chain management is among the approaches used to gain competitive advantage in an uncertain competitive environment in service companies. The main objective of this research was determination of the relationship and ranking of service supply chain processes of management consulting institutes (MCI) in Iran. Accordingly, first by a review of the literature and experts' opinion the service supply chain processes of MCI were identified. After identifying the processes, ISM is used to determine the relationship and rank service supply chain processes of MCI. The results suggest that service supply chain of MCI in Iran includes seven processes. Also the levels obtained in ISM indicate that in the service supply chain of MCI, it is necessary to focus on resources management and capacity and information technology. This research could be an important step to determine the indicators and assess service supply chain of MCI in Iran.
