Factors affecting promoting of citizenship culture and integration

Abstract: Cultural citizenship is a concept whose time has come. The study analyses how individualism-collectivism culture predicts integrating. The key research questions in this study are: 1) what factors influences individualism-collectivism culture?; 2) whether the citizenship adoption of cultural promotion leads to integrating? Also, this study would enhance our understanding of citizenship cultural promotion in Iran. So far, the literature has recognised various items that affect individualism-collectivism culture. Structural equation modelling was used for data analysis. A total of 240 questionnaires were distributed among the citizens of the city of Amol. The results of study showed a significant effect of social support and life styles on collectivism culture, life styles on individualism culture and also collectivism culture on integrating among the citizens of the city of Amol from Iran. Finally, it is observed that the culture of collectivism has a huge impact on integrating.
