Abstract: In the process of the rapid urbanisation, Shanghai historical landscape islands are ultimately formulated. This paper studied the spatial distribution of these islands, using Google Earth software and SRTM (Shuttle Radar Topography Mission) topographic data to establish a spatial distribution model of Shanghai historical landscape.
