Abstract: Cloud computing is an emergent technology in computer science. To provide high performance for servers, how the resources are scheduled is an important issue in cloud computing. To solve this problem, many load-balancing resource scheduling strategies have been designed. In this paper, a brief survey of these algorithms is provided, including static load-balancing strategies, dynamic load-balancing strategies, hybrid dynamic load-balancing strategies and intelligent load-balancing strategies.
