Abstract: Selecting a proper integrated manufacturing technology is one of the most complicated and time consuming problems for manufacturing companies, because of many possible alternatives and conflicting attributes. This paper presents an integrated technology project portfolio selection using grey relational analysis (GRA) and KOHONEN algorithm. The proposed approach of this paper first clusters different technology based on KOHONEN algorithm and then ranks various alternatives in each cluster by grey relational analysis (GRA). The proposed framework is implemented in a case study to shows its usefulness and applicability in practice.
