Abstract: For analysing the performance of a decision making unit (DMU) and acquiring correct information about the performance of DMUs during the evaluation, measuring relative efficiency, is not sufficient. Therefore, by taking advantages of complementary techniques relative efficiency of an entity, while each of the entities are being considered independently, should be measured and investigated in population. Here the shortfall of the efficiency evaluation in successive time periods have been investigated and for preserving mistakes for correct monitoring the organisation performance different techniques such as DEA, MPI and etc. have been simultaneously utilised.
