Abstract: Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) has widespread use depending on its mature technology and superior performance. We design a test rig by an intensive study on the principle and testing techniques of ABS. It can simulate the running condition of wheels for ABS to test the braking performance. Measure and control system based on the CAN-BUS and the powerful LabVIEW software was adopted in this study for data acquisition and communication. The parameters of the test rig are set on the interface, and the data transmitted by the test rig is recorded and analysed simultaneously by applying it.
