Abstract: Fuzzy control of controllable vehicle suspension system and co-simulation with ADAMS and MATLAB is introduced. A linear quarter car 2-DOF suspension model and a non-linear ADAMS solid model are compared. A fuzzy controller which introduces the body acceleration and suspension travel as input and selects stiffness and damping coefficient as output control for control suspension system is designed. The co-simulation of the fuzzy control for controllable suspension with ADAMS and MATLAB is completed. From the results, the fuzzy controller can effectively operate under variable work conditions.
