Product service relationship: defining, modelling and evaluating

Abstract: To describe interrelationship among enterprises in offering the product services, concept of product service relationship is proposed. The product service architecture is put forward to explain how product services act in the product structure and lifecycle. And product service network is adopted to model the product service relationship. The problem of how to evaluate the product service relationship is discussed in mathematical language. Two examples are given to validate these theories and methods. The paper points out some meaningful topics for future study about product service relationship.
