Abstract: International companies are confronted by the challenge of changes in both scale and scope. This challenge emerges due to: technological turbulence, the all pervasive nature of micro-electronics, the trend towards globalization, and changes in competitive relationships. This paper refers to a statement by Peter Drucker that the entrepreneurial task is to search for change. to respond to it, and to exploit it as an opportunity.
