Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low scheduling efficiency, high production cost and high production cycle of traditional production line scheduling method, this paper designed an automatic industrial production line material scheduling method based on FL-NET network. The material scheduling process is divided into preparation and delivery, and an automatic monitoring platform is established by using FL-NET network structure. Through the platform, the material scheduling process is monitored in real time to improve the timeliness of scheduling decisions. Based on the monitoring results, the material cost and production cycle were minimised as the scheduling objectives, and the feedback balance method was used to complete the material scheduling. Experimental results show that the shortest scheduling time of this method is only 1.8 s, indicating that the scheduling efficiency is high, and the application of this method reduces the scheduling cost and shorts the production cycle.
