Abstract: A circuit of the input unit of the neuroprocessor, which includes a programmable logic matrix based on a composite memristor-diode crossbar, is proposed. A principle of processing and converting the input information presented in a standard binary digital form for further transmission to the neuroprocessor synapses has been developed and demonstrated. A fabrication technology of the input unit that is compatible with the classical CMOS technology on silicon is proposed.
