IJWI (formerly Journal of eWorking), is a fully-refereed multi-disciplinary international journal on work innovation. It proposes and fosters discussion on innovative work practices such as distributed work, e-working, work outsourcing and other emerging forms of work.

The objective of IJWI is to establish an effective channel of communication between research institutions, businesses, government agencies. The goal is to discuss and disseminate the impacts of innovative work practices on individuals, businesses and society.

IJWI provides a vehicle to help professionals, academics, researchers and policy makers, working in the field of new working practices, to disseminate information and to learn from each other's work

IJWI publishes original papers, review papers, technical reports, and case studies. Special Issues devoted to important topics such as the impacts of new work practices on labour law will occasionally be published.

Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. (N.B. Conference papers may only be submitted if the paper was not originally copyrighted and if it has been completely re-written)

All papers are refereed through a double blind process. A guide for authors, sample copies and other relevant information for submitting papers are available on the Submission of Papers web-page.
