Through the Holt-Winters method, carbon emission data was comprehensively and accurately evaluated to guide the achievement of sustainable development goals. The relevant carbon emission data was collected, and the Holt-Winters method combined trend, seasonal, and cyclical components to better capture and fit seasonal change patterns, providing more accurate predictions of clean energy development paths. In 2022, the electricity generated by City A using wind power was 31.6% more than that generated by City A using fossil fuels in 2021, and the carbon emissions were 57.1% lower. This data has provided important information for policy makers to help them formulate clean energy policies, regulations, and measures, helping to ensure social, economic, and environmental sustainability. Grounded in social cognitive theory, this study explores that whether brand attachment (BA) acts as the mediating factor in how BSRP affects GPB. Additionally, the study explores the moderating role of incentive intention (IncI) in this dynamic relationship. Using data from 644 participants, the research draws a conclusion that BSRP positively influences GPB, emphasising the role of a brand's social responsibility in shaping sustainable consumer behaviour. BA is confirmed as a pivotal mediating factor, explaining how emotional bonds between consumers and responsible brands drive green purchases. Furthermore, the study uncovers the moderating impact of incentive intention (IncI) on the connection between BSRP and BA, highlighting influence factors affecting consumer behaviour in the context of socially responsible brands. These insights provide valuable implications for marketers and policymakers promoting sustainable consumption practices. Journal: Int. This paper utilises wind power generation as a case study and undertakes the establishment of an assessment model for environmental resources. Firstly, it scrutinises the challenges associated with acquiring wind resource distribution data, followed by the introduction of fuzzy control theory. Finally, the paper conducts wind resource assessment utilising the ArcGISEngine10.1 component, employing the processed data obtained through fuzzy logic techniques. Empirical findings evince that this model begets more precise parameters vis-à-vis alternative resolutions, culminating in a 5.2% augmentation in the efficacy of wind power harnessing via the sagacious instantiation of the fuzzy control algorithm. The wind resource distribution cartography of Minnesota, as ascertained by the system, evinces consonance with the spatial dispersal of extant wind agrarian tracts, with wind energy density oscillating from 562.0021 at diverse sites, attaining a zenith of 673.868. To this end, this manuscript postulates a novel interior design algorithm rooted in the interaction grey wolf algorithm (I-GWO) conjoined with a self-updating neural network. Initially, a tailored I-GWO is harnessed to fine-tune the interior design proposal, wherein the design quandary is transformed into an optimisation conundrum, thereby deploying the I-GWO to navigate the realm of optimal solutions. Subsequently, a bespoke self-updating neural network is architected, amalgamating convolutional neural networks (CNN) and long-short-term memory (LSTM), thereby refining the design blueprint even further. This contrived neural network evinces the innate capacity to autonomously assimilate and update weights and biases. The nomenclature and precepts of interior design are thereby assimilated through the synergy of the I-GWO and self-updating neural network. Finally, empirical attestations evince the algorithm's meritorious aptitude in optimising interior design schemes while adeptly incorporating considerations of environmental sustainability. The outcomes evince a noteworthy 42.5% enhancement in temporal efficiency when compared to extant state-of-the-art algorithms. Furthermore, the proposed method attains the zenith in convergence efficacy when juxtaposed with six other state-of-the-art algorithms. Journal: Int. Drawing upon provincial panel data spanning 2007 to 2017, this study examines the impact of GF on carbon-neutrality and its mechanisms. The empirical findings highlight GF's significant positive influence on achieving carbon-neutral goals, a relationship that withstands varying research methodologies. This analysis uncovers disparities in GF's effectiveness in attaining these objectives, as well as spatial spillover effects. Notably, GF's promotion of carbon-neutral goals follows a nonlinear pattern, emphasising the complexity of the relationship. Additionally, green innovation emerges as a mediating force within the GF-driven process of carbon neutralisation (CN). These conclusions hold important policy implications for expediting CN realisation and improving global climate conditions, ultimately contributing to the sustainable development of enterprises. This study examines the challenges and opportunities resulting from the spatial expansion of Pune City (Maharashtra, India), which has experienced a 111% spatial expansion due to the merger of 23 villages. The study analyses the impact of spatial expansion on selected liveability parameters that are crucial in assessing sustainable development, based on Ease of Living Index (EoLI). Researchers collected primary data from several sources including field visits, expert opinions, and media analysis. Results indicate that the merged areas have resulted in both an opportunity and a challenge for Pune City. However, there is a need to improve the liveability aspects of the merged villages, which is the core principle of sustainable development, also because per capita budgetary allocation for the city has shown a significant decline over the selected timeframe. First, based on the sustainable development theory, the information chain of tourism landscape elements is established to form an orderly organisational form of landscape factors. Then, the knowledge graph of tourist attractions is constructed. After crawling historical travel notes, the database of tourist attractions is established, and LDA is used to cluster tourist attractions. Finally, a route planning model is established with the optimisation goal of minimising the length of daily tourist routes and the carbon emissions generated. Experimental results show that, while visiting all ten scenic spots, the total length of the route planned by this method is 97.2 m, and the carbon emissions generated are only 3,992 kg, indicating that this method meets the requirements of sustainable development. A constraint parameter model for spatio-temporal distribution characteristics analysis is constructed, and water eutrophication and pollution contribution degree of soil nitrogen pool are taken as the optimisation model parameters. The multivariate statistical method is adopted to detect the pollution principal component characteristics, and the quantitative fusion index parameter analysis is carried out based on both principal component analysis and cluster analysis to identify the pollution control factors affecting the water environment. The distributed monitoring of urban water environmental pollution is realised based on the characteristics change and the requirements of regulation targets. The experimental results show that the method has a good ability to express statistical characteristics and monitoring accuracy reached 99.8%, it can effectively monitor various pollution components. Considering the complexity of regional logistics delivery, the delivery area is divided based on factors such as customer location, demand, and time window information. Analyse the transportation conditions of regional logistics delivery paths, with the goal of minimising carbon emissions in the shortest possible time, and construct an optimisation function for regional logistics delivery paths. The ant colony optimisation algorithms are used to optimise the time and carbon emission parameters, solve the objective function, and finally obtain the optimal regional logistics delivery path. Construct a teaching quality evaluation index system and calculate the specific weights of different evaluation indicators in the system through an analytic hierarchy process. Based on the weight calculation results, the state-transition matrix is established using the Markov chain method, and more states are introduced to construct the state-transition matrix. According to the state-transition matrix, the residual sequence with the same position is obtained under the original data sequence, and the upper and lower boundary values of different residual sequences are obtained. Combined with the steady-state distribution vector, the teaching quality evaluation results are obtained. The experimental results show that the evaluation results of the proposed method have fewer errors and are more comprehensive. Journal: Int. This method first selects evaluation indicators and combines them with the PCA algorithm to extract the main components of the evaluation indicators. Then, the SVM algorithm is introduced to obtain its optimal classification hyperplane, to determine the category of the evaluation index. Finally, hyperplane segmentation is performed on the samples of evaluation indicators to obtain the classification results of main component indicator data. Based on the classification results, an English online teaching quality classification evaluation model is designed. The test results show that the correlation coefficient of the proposed method's indicators can reach 0.99, and its multiple evaluation noise is only 0.55 dB, which is superior to the comparison method and has certain feasibility.
