By utilising crawler technology, an online shopping platform users' behaviour data set for purchasing sporting goods is established. A generalised hierarchical tree of user portrait attribute tags is constructed, and the browsing time of sporting goods containing a certain tag is calculated to allocate the membership degree of sporting goods and mine user interest preferences. The Pearson similarity algorithm is applied to construct the similarity matrix for personalised push, enabling personalised push of sporting goods purchase information. Experiments demonstrate that the user satisfaction rate using this method consistently remains above 88%. Furthermore, the highest UV click rate achieved is 7.56%, indicating a successful push effect. Journal: Int. Obtain the packaging design image of cultural and creative products, use the improved non-local mean filtering algorithm to denoise the image, and repair the bad points in the image to protect important details. The multi-scale guidance filter is introduced to improve the guidance filter, and the multi-scale guidance filter is used to enhance the details of the modified image. The experimental results show that the minimum peak signal-to-noise ratio of the image enhanced by this method can reach 53.2 db, with the entropy value 0.94 and the minimum average contrast of the image can reach 0.85, indicating that the image processed by this method has high quality and high detail retention rate. Firstly, smooth the product packaging image, extract super-pixel blocks from the image, and complete intelligent image segmentation. Then, using the flower pollination algorithm to simulate self-pollination, the conversion probability is introduced to conduct a global search for colour biomimetic features and determine the colour biomimetic features. Finally, using the sigmoid function, the determined colour biomimetic features are discretised and extracted. If the feature value is 0, the feature is not extracted, and if the value is 1, the feature is extracted to complete the colour biomimetic feature extraction. The results show that the extraction accuracy of the method in this paper can reach 99.25%, the extraction recall rate can reach 96.2% and the product packaging colour biomimetic feature effect is good. The fuzzy algorithm is used to extract the edge of industrial design product appearance image, and the sub-pixel point matching is carried out after determining the amplitude change of sub-pixel points in the edge image. According to the pixel coordinates and image parallax of the appearance image, the standard threshold of the appearance image dimensional of industrial design products is set, and the appearance dimensional image to be detected is compared with the standard threshold of the image dimensional to realise error detection. Test results show that the proposed method has low false detection rate, high signal-to-noise ratio of image edge and low cost of sub-pixel point matching. Journal: Int. NPD is complex and influenced by technical, marketing, organisational, commercial and social factors that converge to decide success or failure. Researchers have identified the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and developed various NPD frameworks to address specific needs. CSFs collaboratively mould and reshape the framework for NPD. Thus, it is vital to find the comprehensive set of CSFs and their relationship with the NPD framework. This research conducts a literature review to identify CSFs. The key features of different NPD frameworks are outlined, emphasising the paradigm shift brought about by recent technological advancements. Further, identified CSFs are mapped with the stages of the NPD framework to help integrate, prioritise and leverage the CSFs to enhance the likelihood of achieving NPD goals. The highlighted research opportunities may be pursued to develop the improved framework in a dynamic environment. Journal: Int. Through case studies, this work makes a comparative analysis between the theory and practice of the pre-development of new products in a sample of large Brazilian companies, in addition to providing a framework that helps in this process. Each company adopts its own model for planning and conducting pre-development activities, which differs from theoretical models. Some activities are common among the models in the literature and the companies surveyed. Some tools adopted to operationalise activities are common in all companies studied, such as benchmarking, brainstorming and market research. The proposed framework considers aspects such as type of market, company size, degree of product innovation and structuring of the product development process to define activities and support techniques for pre-development in each case. Drawing on qualitative interviews with employees in creativity-related roles, the research examines how creativity support systems - such as online whiteboards, communication platforms and idea management tools - shape the creative process across individual, group and organisational levels. The findings highlight that digital tools are especially effective during the preparation and idea generation phases, fostering flexible, collaborative and idea-rich environments. However, challenges including user resistance, digital skill gaps and workflow integration issues persist. By mapping digital tool usage to distinct phases of the creative process, this study offers practical and theoretical insights for organisations aiming to implement or refine digital strategies to support creativity. The results contribute to the literature by extending creativity support system research into real-world corporate settings. Journal: Int. According to the dependent variable transformation relationship of nonlinear functions, a feedforward neural network speech recognition model is constructed. This model utilises the dependent variable transformation mechanism of nonlinear functions to more flexibly simulate the complex mapping relationship between speech signals and recognition results. A semi-supervised loss function is introduced into the model training, and stochastic gradient descent is used for iterative optimisation to achieve human-computer interaction speech recognition. Experiments have proven that the speech recognition accuracy of the method in this paper remains above 90%, and the speech recognition delay remains below 1 second, indicating good recognition performance, reliability, and application performance. First, filtering algorithms are employed to denoise the original HCI interface image. Next, a linear model of image depth is established using colour attenuation prior, and Gaussian filtering is applied to images with varying scene depths. Then, the semi-quadratic splitting method is used to calculate the transmittance value of each pixel in the HCI interface image. Finally, adaptive Gamma correction weights are applied to perform colour compensation in the RGB colour space. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves an average contrast of 76.56 and an information entropy range of 7.8-8.0, indicating excellent performance. Journal: Int. The device was created through an experimental process involving design, modelling and functional analysis, divided into four stages: object research, environment study, prototyping and user evaluation. Four hundred units were distributed, and 71 users completed an optional survey. Results show that the final design enables touch-free interaction with high contact surfaces, such as buttons, switches, doorknobs, windows and faucets without direct contact, enhancing daily safety. The sampled gesture data are subjected to moving average filtering, and the effective segments are extracted. A CR3D network model is constructed by integrating residual connections into the 3D-CNN framework and multimodal feature fusion is performed on the video frame sequence and the video optical flow frame sequence. Subsequently, the optimal warping path is determined using the DTW algorithm. The Euclidean distance is replaced by the cumulative distance to derive the gesture recognition result. The results show that the error rate is maintained below 0.5%, the coefficient of variation for the same gesture recognised across multiple users is 0 and the minimum recognition rate for multiple gesture categories reaches 96%. These findings indicate that the proposed method achieves high recognition accuracy. Journal: Int. The article first introduces multiple interaction effects and mediating mechanisms for analysis, completing the design of a consumer satisfaction structure model and measurement model for online shopping of smart home products, and then conducts empirical research based on this. The empirical results indicate that, except for hypothesis H5 (perceived ease of use perceived pleasure), the absolute values of the path coefficients for all other hypotheses exceed 0.13, reaching a significant level. All variables have an impact on consumer satisfaction with online shopping of smart home products, among which website quality, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived pleasure and online shopping attitude have a positive impact, while perceived risk has a negative impact. Initially, the noisy visuals of the human-machine interaction interface are refined using mathematical frameworks and sustained diffusion techniques. Subsequently, frame-by-frame scanning and three-dimensional spatial reconstruction are utilised to identify and refine the colour characteristics of the visuals in human-computer interaction interfaces. Ultimately, by integrating an ambient lighting model and employing spatial filtering, the visuals of human-computer interaction interfaces undergo colour enhancement to counteract the influences of surrounding light and motion-induced blur, thereby elevating the clarity of image hues and the overall visual fidelity. The experimental findings indicate that the approach detailed herein maintains high levels of colour and brightness saturation, with the Structural Similarity Index consistently registering at 0.97.
