Digital contribution was the subject of multiple research streams. The present study seeks to examine relationships among digitalisation towards organisational agility through the mediating effect of leadership. To achieve the purpose, we conducted a quantitative study on 347 companies from the industrial sector. Data was gathered using a questionnaire survey. Based on structural equation modelling, the findings demonstrate that digitalisation is an important driver of organisational agility. The results confirm a positive mediating role of leadership on the verified link. The study highlighted that leadership is more than an individual behaviour. Leadership depends on the collective and it is dispensed across the entire organisation during the digital change management. The findings give original support for practitioners and academics. The study contributed to the knowledge field by providing empirical evidence and therefore a valuable knowledge repository about the leadership and its effect on agility in a digital world. The research was conducted among the 443 employees in the selected IT companies. The snowball sampling technique was adopted to collect the responses from the target population. Our study's outcome indicates that OLC and AC individually and serially mediate the relationship between TL and OCB. However, in both cases, it is only partial mediation. TL has a significant direct positive effect on OCB and a significant indirect impact on OCB through OLC and AC. Enhancing OCB can be achieved by managers through the cultivation of TL. This positive effect can be reinforced by emphasising organisational learning and increasing AC. Journal: Int. CAs are a growing phenomenon in the literature on corporate-startup engagements. CAs are cohort-based, time-limited programmes run/sponsored by large established corporations to fuel their open innovation agendas. By participating in these programmes, startups accelerate the commercialisation process of their innovative initiatives. In contrast, large corporations run these programmes to speed up their innovation outcomes and build a creative and entrepreneurial culture within their organisations, empowering them with increased competitive advantage to face rapidly changing business environments. This review tracks the progress of this new and emerging research domain in a timely manner and directs future research. We review 41 articles and create an integrated 'antecedent-phenomenon-outcome' framework summarising the extant literature on CAs. Based on this state-of-the-art literature review, we provide theoretical and methodological research gaps for future research. Journal: Int. Learning has contributed to successful enterprise development. Thus, facilitating workplace learning becomes one of the primary responsibilities of startup owners. Based on a survey of 100 employees from one startup, three common organisation-related factors (i.e., age of employees, length of employment, and type of employment) have no impact on employees' intention to learn which consists of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behaviour control, in accordance with theory of planned behaviour. This case study highlights that workplace learning for a startup can be planned and facilitated for all employees because the intention to learn is not influenced by the three organisation-related factors. For future research, motivation to learn is suggested to help extend employees' intention to learn for effective workplace learning in a startup. Journal: Int. The main objective of this study was to examine the moderating effect of personality traits on rewards, and employee commitment. The study employed a quantitative research design. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from 215 employees from 16 financial institutions in the Wa Municipality of Ghana. Correlation and multiple linear regression analyses were performed. Reliability and validity tests were performed using Cronbach's alpha and confirmatory factor analysis. The study revealed that conscientiousness moderates the relationship between non-financial rewards and affective commitment. The study recommends that a performance-based reward system should be considered and utilised to improve employees' commitment. In addition, various institutional authorities should be mindful of their employees' personality traits and potential employees, when engaging in contract negotiation or designing rewards. The aim of this study is to determine how trust interacts with and mediates the relationship between PM competencies and the project performance of IT projects in China. A cross-sectional survey data was collected from 326 team members involved in IT projects and used to test the theoretical framework based on project management theory which comes from project management body of knowledge (PMBOK). Multiple linear regression analysis demonstrated that PM competencies positively affect project performance, and trust partially mediates the relationship between PM competencies and project performance. The findings of this study can be used by PMs to improve project performance through their competencies and trust with team members. This paper adds value to existing research in the context of IT projects in China and has the potential to be applied in other industries and countries. Journal: Int. The survey, using convenience sampling, included 354 IT sector participants, and the serial mediation model was analysed through PLS-SEM. The findings indicate that inclusive leadership positively influences employee creative behaviour; with autonomous motivation and supervisor support for creativity sequentially mediating this relationship. The reliability of the outcomes may be affected by the limited sample size and cross-sectional design. The results suggest that organisations and managers can enhance employee creative behaviour by adopting inclusive leadership practices. In accordance with the self-determination theory, the study demonstrates that inclusive leadership motivates and inspires employees by employing inclusive strategies and principles. This, in turn, aids in building an autonomous and supportive work environment, ultimately contributing to employee creative behaviour. Journal: Int. Abstract: Promoters increasingly turn to crowdfunding platforms to finance and realise their projects. These platforms are an interesting alternative to traditional bank financing. Studies show that certain characteristics of the projects submitted, and their promoters influence the success of a crowdfunding campaign (target amount obtained or exceeded), particularly when the project is associated with social innovation. Based on data from 103 technological projects financed on the Kickstarter platform, our study shows that the number of contributors positively influences funding. However, our results reveal that technological projects associated with social innovation are less funded than those unrelated to it, suggesting that projects aimed at addressing social issues and generating positive community impact are perceived as less interesting by potential contributors. The results of this study provide further insights into the financing discourse of technological projects qualified as social innovation through crowdfunding. Journal: Int. The increasing attrition rate is one of the IT sector's major and alarming issues. This article highlights the issues the IT sector faces and, on the other hand, enhances life satisfaction among IT employees. Online questionnaires were circulated among IT employees in the southern region of India, and data was gathered from 432 employees. The employee's job satisfaction is important in achieving life satisfaction, which can be increased by properly implementing suitable coping strategies. Researchers and practitioners have contributed sufficiently to achieving employee life satisfaction in various sectors. Still, it was found that there is a shortage of research regarding attaining life satisfaction among IT employees in the Indian context. This study mainly focuses on attaining life satisfaction and identifying the predominant factors of job satisfaction that influence the life satisfaction of IT employees in the Indian context. Python Jupyter Notebook (Anaconda 3) and SmartPLS 3 analyse the data. Journal: Int. The results of our study confirm the positive relationship between the level of exports, the degree of board independence, directors' compensation, and financial performance of the company. The study also finds a negative relationship between a company's debt and the level of foreign promoter ownership. These findings have important implications, as firms with superior corporate governance devote a larger percentage of their funds to R%D. Consequently, policymakers ought to support stronger governance frameworks that include having enough independent board members and paying adequate remuneration to board members. Additionally, enterprises with greater foreign promoter shareholdings are required to invest in R%D to counteract the unfavourable association between foreign promoter concentration and R%D intensity. Drawing on rural and indigenous entrepreneurship theory, we explore how four Sámi entrepreneurs from Sweden and Norway engage with their spatial contexts. We employ a multiple-case study design, an interpretive philosophy of science, and elements from indigenous research methodologies. Our findings demonstrate that the entrepreneurs engage both within and across their spatial contexts, encompassing environments both nearby and far away. We also identify drivers and practices associated with this entrepreneurial engagement. Based on the findings, we develop <i>The Sámi Entrepreneurial Engagement Framework</i>. The framework serves as an illustration of how a Sámi perspective adds new insight into the field of rural entrepreneurship and offers a comprehensive lens for understanding entrepreneurial engagement with spatial contexts in culturally rich and environmentally sensitive settings. The IFRS has enhanced accounting quality in developed European countries, according to study. This study compares IFRS implementation in developed and emerging economies. This study uses quantitative and qualitative methods to examine the hypothesis. In qualitative assessment, comprehensive literature review is used. The quantitative hypothesis testing showed no difference in IFRS adoption between emerging and developing nations. The study also shows how socio-economic position affects standard implementation in different countries. Journal articles from 2015-2021 were chosen. An organised literature evaluation collected data from 46 studies published throughout the observed time. Results revealed that adopting IFRS improves accounting information and FDI. Foreign direct investments and financial reporting quality were most affected in emerging economies. The study suggests that developed and emerging economies without the IFRS should weigh its pros and downsides. The research indicates several aspects, such as corporate governance structures, that might help emerging economies adopt IFRS and reap its full benefits. Journal: Int. Leaders must motivate, communicate a clear vision, and build trust to navigate complex situations successfully. This paper identifies the leadership style most critical during organisational change and explores the qualities proposed by the corpus's authors. Using bibliometric analysis, we mapped conceptual structures, thematic trends, and influential contributors. A systematic literature review (SLR) was employed to develop a conceptual framework based on the suggested qualities. Findings reveal that transformational leadership is pivotal during transitions, with attributes like effective communication, employee development, integrity, and justice playing key roles. This study uniquely contributes by: 1) proposing a conceptual model differentiating leader traits by emotional, cognitive, and behavioural components; 2) utilising co-occurrence analysis to establish a conceptual framework; and 3) integrating insights from SLR and bibliometric analyses, offering a comprehensive perspective on leadership during change. Data from 7,451 rounds of financing deals in Beijing, China, during 2010-2019 was used. Results show the highest frequency of distances between VCs and investees falls in 10 km-20 km. VCs and investees in the start-up stage have higher co-agglomeration degree and smaller spatial scale than those in the growth stage. Governmental VCs and investees have higher co-agglomeration degree and smaller spatial scale than foreign VCs. The difference in the co-agglomeration degree of governmental VCs and investees in different stages is greater than those of foreign and private VCs. It operated in the milk industry, which was regulated with price control. Its main challenge was to meet the local municipality's demands for school consumption. Most of the coop's revenue came from the fixed-price contract with the local municipality. In addition, environmental regulations and business uncertainty during the COVID-19 pandemic motivated the coop to explore ABC as a pilot for cost management. Many issues and shortcomings were discovered. For instance, the environmental cost needs to be directly part of production (instead of the cost of supporting production) to ensure the accuracy and usefulness of the unit cost of the coop's products. Cost drivers were also identified. Many implications relating to the coop's operations and ABC's implementation on enterprise development and learning are discussed such as the importance of technology and workplace learning. We analyse data collected from 1,266 SME owner-managers/CEOs aged over 55 in Finland, using GLM univariate procedure in the analysis. The results show that succession has a positive relationship with ambidexterity as does the level of strategic planning. Furthermore, strategic planning moderates the relationship between exit strategy and ambidexterity. Succession plans boost ambidexterity in SMEs only when the level of strategic planning is high; if the level of strategic planning is low or neutral, there are no significant differences in ambidexterity between SMEs planning family succession and SMEs planning to sell. This research applies social exchange theory to examine how organisational learning culture (OLC) influences the relationship between compensation management (CM) practices and employee loyalty (EL) among Generation Z in India's IT sector, addressing the research gap in existing literature with this demographic context. The study, involving 293 respondents in tier 1 cities, reveals that a 1% increase in CM directly influences EL by 0.34% and indirectly by 0.27%, with OLC as a mediator. The total effect of CM on EL, mediated through OLC, is enhanced by 0.61%. The findings suggest that companies can strengthen compensation structures and learning environments by providing both monetary and non-monetary incentives aligned with Generation Z's career goals. Implementing coaching and mentoring programs can further build connections, alleviate anxiety, and boost employee loyalty and performance. Journal: Int. The survey was conducted among owners and managers of small businesses. A total of 246 survey responses were used for the analysis. The variables were measured using a 7-point Likert scale. The moderating effect of atychiphobia was validated by dividing it into three dimensions: phobia of financial loss, phobia of psychological loss, and phobia of career loss. As a result, proactiveness and risk-taking were found to be positively significant in relation to entrepreneurial intention, however innovativeness was not significant. The correlation between the variables was relatively high. The findings suggested that the dimensions of atychiphobia (phobia of financial loss, phobia of psychological loss, and phobia of career loss) had no moderating effect between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial intention. Policy implications were therefore suggested based on the study findings. Journal: Int. Using data from the 2022 Israeli Social Survey (<i>N</i> = 6,501), the findings reveal that immigrants generally exhibit higher institutional trust than native-born individuals, though this trust diminishes over time. Entrepreneurs, regardless of origin, report the lowest trust levels, likely due to more frequent interactions with regulatory institutions. Among immigrant entrepreneurs, the positive effect of immigration counterbalances the negative effect of entrepreneurship. Possible explanations include different reference points for the immigrants as well as their initial idealisation of host-country institutions. On the negative side are accumulated frustrations with bureaucratic systems. The study contributes to the literature on entrepreneurship, institutional trust, and immigration, particularly regarding immigrants' adaptation. The study offers insights for policymakers aiming to strengthen civic participation and trust among immigrants, fostering a more inclusive and stable society. Journal: Int. It was carried out by examining via parallel mediation. A quantitative cross-sectional research approach was employed to investigate the impact of all constructs with 414 nurses using a structured questionnaire via e-mail. SmartPLS v. 4.1.0.6 was employed for data analysis. The CFA results were taken for the measurement model by calculating the CB-SEM algorithm and the bootstrapping was calculated to find the structural model effects. The hypothesis results confirmed the significant positive direct effect between IM and CP. Further, it is also proved that IM has a significant indirect effect on CP through the parallel partial mediation of both CSE and PC of nurses in healthcare centres. Journal: Int. Influencers may contribute to increasing brand awareness and giving value to companies when they work with brands and the appropriate target audience. This study aims to evaluate the influence of source credibility dimensions such as trustworthiness, attractiveness, and perceived expertise on consumer attitudes toward fashion influencers and to assess how these attitudes impact consumers' intentions to make purchases and provide recommendations. Also, determine the direct impacts of source credibility on these purchase and recommendation intentions. The research includes 342 individuals who follow a famous fashion influencer in India by using the convenient sampling method. Hierarchical regression analysis has been performed on data using SPSS. The outcome of the study shows the effect of trustworthiness and perceived expertise on attitudes toward influencers in the fashion industry. Journal: Int.
