Quick commerce, also known as q-commerce, is the next generation of e-commerce, and as the name indicates, it is all about being quick. Q-commerce also goes by the moniker quick commerce. Utilising the technology acceptance model (TAM), the objective of this study is to identify the factors that have the most impact on the degree to which people are willing to use Q-commerce apps. In order to validate the hypotheses included within the suggested model, the structural equation modelling (SEM) technique was used. This study makes use of survey research, and the data was gathered from 277 participants residing in various metropolitan cities in India. According to the findings, the link between the intention of ordering through Q-commerce apps and the perceived benefits (PB), perceived ease of use (PEU), social influence (SI) and socio-demographic factors (SDF) are significantly and positively correlated with one another. The study's results may aid organisations operating in the Q-commerce market in comprehending the aspects influencing the customers' ordering behaviour. Journal: Int. According to the generalised method of moments (GMM), there are a total of 9 factors affecting the unemployment rate in the researched model, including high-tech exports, inflation, population, gross domestic product, government spending, foreign debt, foreign direct investment, human capital, and institutions. This result confirmed that high-tech development creates a higher number of unemployed workers in Asia. However, the nexus between human capital as well as institutional situation and unemployment rate is different based on their fields. Moreover, some policy implications also have been suggested to reduce unemployment in Asian countries in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The findings are important to improve social-economic and enterprise policies and decision-making with the proposal to create value. Findings have proven that the Fourth Industrial Revolution is a concern for unemployment in Asian countries. Therefore, policymakers need to focus on investing in human capital, considered an important factor in each country. Journal: Int. The study was explorative in terms of purpose and a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods in terms of methodology. Firstly, a qualitative method and categorical content analysis was utilised to gather information. Then, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to determine the dimensions, components, and indicators of CSR, resorting to the Delphi technique. The final indicators were approved by experts, and a three-level model (3 dimensions, 15 components and 136 indicators) was proposed. The positive Q2 values for all variables showed that they had a meaningful effect on CSR. It seems that the results of this research can provide a suitable model for Iranian non-governmental organisations so that they can feel more responsible towards their stakeholders and apply the solutions presented in the direction of social responsibility to the important steps of beneficiaries. It introduces a model of training and learning program for capability development for refugee entrepreneurship. The model covers the whole path from the beginning to the phase of established business. This research is a single-case study based on qualitative theme interviews and focus groups from which the data were collected. The informants are persons involved in a program facilitating refugees' inclusion in society through entrepreneurship. The study finds that refugees starting an enterprise, most importantly need empowerment, learning by doing, and connections to other people. The hands-on facilitation and entrepreneurial co-creation are particularly powerful with refugee entrepreneurs. These principles are embedded in the model proposed in this study. The research implications of this study relate to refugee entrepreneurship and its development. Journal: Int. Only a small fraction of micro-sized firms is involved in international activities. Despite this fact, little is known about what prevents microenterprises from starting exports. This study bridges this gap by studying export barriers from the perspective of the managers of microenterprises through the following research question: what are the barriers to export perceived by the managers of microenterprises This multiple-case study answers the research question by analysing the barriers to export in ten Finnish microenterprises. A framework of export barriers (Leonidou, 2004) was devised in this analysis. This study provided an in-depth analysis of export barriers in a microenterprise context, and the findings underscore informational, functional, marketing, and environmental barriers as central to microenterprise exports. Corporate governance and social responsibility (CSR) originated in Western nations, where both notions have evolved quickly over the last decade. SEM and partial least squares (PLS) were utilised to analyse the data in this investigation. The primary objective of good CG is to strike a healthy equilibrium between the competing demands of an organisation's many different types of stakeholders. The findings made it possible to shine light on areas in which there is room for development in terms of both sustainability and CG. There's a strong correlation between improved employee trust in CEOs and the adoption of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes. Additionally, studies have demonstrated that effective CG structures may help to regulate CEO behaviour in terms of CSR. Journal: Int. Various activities are carried out to overcome them, and we study how effective compensation, organisational climate, and leadership are affecting those issues among state-owned banks employees in South Sulawesi, Indonesia. A questionnaire was conducted with 251 employees of the banks. Partial least square (PLS) analysis was applied to analyse and verify all the data. This study indicates that compensation, organisational climate, and leadership directly affect turnover intention. However, compensation and organisational climate do not directly affect burnout, except leadership. In addition, we also found that each organisation only focuses on one of them, though companies need to pay attention to all their activities to minimise the emergence of burnout and turnover, even if it is just an intention. The study is based on a large survey implemented in a private healthcare organisation. According to the results, dissatisfaction with workplace choice criteria predicts the intention to leave among healthcare professionals. However, the experienced importance of workplace choice criteria does not affect healthcare professionals' intention to leave. In order to dissuade healthcare professionals from leaving, it is important to pay attention to organisation-related practices that are under management control. For physicians, dissatisfaction with organisational factors mainly explains intention to leave. For nurses, dissatisfaction with work-life interface-related issues together with the organisational factors explains their intention to leave. Based on the findings, it is important to acknowledge that work-related factors attract healthcare professionals but are not enough to make them stay. Thus, it is suggested that employee entry and employee retention be managed separately. Journal: Int. Despite their potential impact on economic growth, microenterprises and especially the growth-oriented ones are under researched. The descriptive research approach is supported by empirical interview data from 25 enterprises in southern Finland in a multi-case study. The study presents the varied ways for gaining competitive advantage, responding to customer needs as well as beneficial support actions. As a result, we define three innovation capability (IC) categories connecting business development and support needs. The findings benefit microenterprises by stressing the intertwined nature of business development, IC, and support needs. The study implies that both the entrepreneurs and regional actors need to understand the crucial role and systematic development of IC through entrepreneurial learning. In addition, regional actors may find more nuanced and effective ways to enhance business development by considering these developmental categories of growth-oriented microenterprises. Journal: Int. We consider various aspects of an organisation like inward looking organisational emphasis, customer interface, competition driven organisational culture, organisational mindset, digitisation, digitalisation, digital transformation, organisational environment, leadership, emphasis on human resources and technology orientation that can aid in the process of innovativeness and innovation orientation of companies. A simple text mining exercise is proposed for the purpose and a revealed innovation advantage index is introduced to measure and rank companies in terms of innovativeness. We observe that companies, irrespective of their size, are lagging in terms of technology orientation, but their organisational orientation is strong. Specific insights emerge from the analysis regarding relation between innovativeness and growth, productivity and market perception. Journal: Int. The growth will mainly be propelled by the rural populace - constituting 68% of the Indian population and accounting for half of its consumption. It will be primarily driven by their increasing aspirations, brand consciousness, and value search against a stagnant urban market. However, such growth depends on the marketer's understanding of rural consumers, whose online consumer behaviour has not been well investigated. The current study tries to bridge this gap by studying the antecedents of rural e-commerce adoption. The results indicate that service quality, enjoyment, and trust are the most critical parameters for rural e-commerce adoption. The study results can help e-commerce market participants design suitable intervention strategies to improve their rural sales and returns. Journal: Int. Data for this research was gathered from a primary data collection exercise done across a sample of respondents in India. The paper succeeds in establishing the hypothesis (H1) of 'Whether CSR reputation (CSRR) and brand image (BI) are statistically related? ' through canonical correlation. The study established that there exists a positive correlation between CSRR and BI; consumers are willing to praise CSR performing brands publicly and easily distinguish such brands from other competing brands. Consumers' respect for such brands grows every time they learn of their CSR efforts. This study extends the dynamic relationship between the consumer and the brand. It concludes by suggesting that strengthening CSR makes business sense. Journal: Int. Our analysis begins by examining the technological efficiency of enterprises utilising data from Vietnamese SMEs from 2017 to 2018. We then examine the effects of formality status and state ownership as a proxy for political ties on the technical efficiency of SMEs in Vietnam. We found that policies should reduce cronyism in firm-state relationships to incentivise firms to invest in improving productivity. Moreover, to boost productivity, it is critical to promote formalisation by raising the number of legally registered businesses, the level of tax registration, and the number of formal labour contracts. The study employed questionnaires to collect data from 600 unemployed youths using purposive and convenience sampling techniques. The hypothesised relationships were analysed using structural equation modelling. Findings reveal that attitude and PBC strongly influence entrepreneurial intention whilst entrepreneurial intention, attitude and subjective norms have significant influence on youth entrepreneurship behaviour. By integrating two behavioural change theories to understand the entrepreneurial intention of the youth, the study contributes to knowledge by providing a deeper theoretical understanding of the phenomenon from a developing country context. Although the two theories were able to predict youth entrepreneurship behaviour, the mediation effect of self-reevaluation only explained 38% of the variance in actual entrepreneurship behaviour. Future studies could explore the mediation or moderation roles of other environmental factors. Journal: Int. The present study was carried out to define the possible scenarios of Iran's e-commerce on the Vision of 2025. A sample of managers and experts was chosen. First, using a fuzzy Delphi method, ten key uncertainties were identified. Second, different possible states of key uncertainties were created the cross-impact balance analysis matrix. Third compatible scenarios were recognised by using Scenario Wizard software. The results showed that three scenarios were identified as follows: flourishing, realistic and bad luck. The most constructive scenario is called the flourishing scenario, the most feasible scenario is called the realistic scenario, and the defeatist scenario is the bad luck scenario. After analysing the identified scenarios, practical strategies were provided; they enable companies to reduce the unexpected consequences of future changes and prepare them to benefit from future opportunities. In an international context, developing countries with similar political and national barriers can benefit from these strategies. Journal: Int.
