Ecotourism, an alternative to mass tourism, may turn out to be a solution to this problem. Though the potential of ecotourism may look lucrative, however, it is important to know whether consumers or takers of this form of tourism exist, and if they do, then what are their motivations. In this regard, an attempt has been made to understand the demand for ecotourism in emerging economies. Motivation as the driving force behind the decision-making process is used as a determinant to predict future visit intention. Exploratory factor analysis was conducted on 389 responses to find out latent motivational factors. The result of the study revealed eight factors viz. 'nature', 'culture', 'freedom/relaxation', 'adventure', 'simple-lifestyle', 'learning', 'shopping' and 'novelty'. Further, these factors were used to predict future visit intention using discriminant analysis. Journal: Int. The study integrates the norm activation model and value-belief-norm (VBN) theory as moderators and employs purposive sampling to collect data from 761 tourists in Ghana. Structural equation modelling was employed as a statistical tool to examine both direct and interaction effects of the proposed paths. The results show that tourists' intentions to stay in green hotels are positively influenced by ascription of responsibility (ARR) and personal norms (PNN). However, awareness of consequences (ACC) and social norms (SNN) do not predict tourists' intentions to stay in green hotels. Additionally, environmental beliefs, personal value, pro-environmental behaviour (PEB), and educational level moderate this relationship. The study offers valuable insights into the drivers that contribute to tourists' intentions to stay in green hotels and is relevant to policymakers and marketing practitioners. Journal: Int. Malik's Dead Lovers on Each Blade, Hung by examining the parallels between the definition and explanations of the cosmic horror and Lovecraft's use of methods, themes and ideologies. The research focuses on the selected short story i.e., 'Dead Lovers on Each Blade, Hung' from the macabre collection Midnight Doorways in order to provide a thorough evaluation. It also delineates the use of South Asian tradition and folklore in conjunction with Lovecraft's own stance towards folklore. In order to achieve the objectives of this research, the theoretical framework is adapted from H.P Lovecraft's writings, specifically his detailed essay called "Supernatural Horror in Literature". Non-empirical method of analysis has been employed in this research. The researcher has demonstrated Malik's incorporation of the settings of Pakistan, taken inspiration from the epic Mahabharata of Hindus. Journal: Int. The underlying question of this research focuses on optimising the relationship between employee motivation, satisfaction, and organisational success to promote a healthy and productive work environment. The adopted methodology is a case study of the company CONSAG (Portugal), and the data collection instruments include interviews and questionnaires. After a thorough analysis of motivation and job satisfaction, it is clear that they are fundamental for long-term organisational success, directly influencing operational effectiveness, innovation, and resilience. Motivation, as an internal drive towards goals, and satisfaction, related to the work experience, are interconnected and essential. Leadership strategies and the development of emotional skills are crucial for strengthening the bond between employees and the organisation. Recognising that motivation and satisfaction are dynamic, organisations must adopt a continuous approach to promoting a healthy and rewarding work environment. The analysis of CONSAG's practices demonstrates that investing in employee well-being leads to improvements in organisational performance and customer satisfaction, underscoring the importance of such initiatives for the overall success of the company. The aim of this study is to investigate whether Greek hotels have embraced sustainability reporting and follow international trends, particularly with regard to the use of GRI standards as the most widely used international standard. We investigate four- and five-star hotels websites along with the GRI database and employ content analysis to assess the quality of the reports. Our findings suggest that Greek hotels follow the same pattern with hotels worldwide and remain at lower level in CSR reporting, both in terms of quantity and quality. Despite the importance of tourism for Greece, there are limited studies on CSR in the Greek hospitality sector and there is no prior study on CSR reporting of Greek hotels. Journal: Int. The researcher used purposive sampling, a non-probability sampling method, to collect primary responses from SMEs that practice green marketing. Questionnaires were designed based on the constructs of TPB and ILT and were distributed to 324 SMEs face-to-face .The data gathered was analysed using partial least squares structural equation modelling to test the hypotheses developed through the literature review. The outcome of the data analysis supported all the direct effects of the constructs (attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behaviour benefits, knowledge, and self-efficacy) on sustainable development. Moreover, the moderating effect of descriptive and injunctive norms on the relationship between attitude and social norm on sustainable development was accepted. Journal: Int. Research indicates that religious tourism profoundly influences the social, cultural, economic, employment, and infrastructure aspects of a country. The significance of holy events further amplifies the impact of religious tourism, correlating with an increase in pilgrimage numbers. This study delves into the repercussions of the inauguration of Ayodhya Ram Temple (Pran Pratishtha) on both micro and large capital companies. To achieve this, an event study was conducted, focusing on the stock prices of companies directly associated with the event of Pran Pratishtha of Ram Temple. Specifically, companies directly linked to the Ram Temple were selected for analysis. The findings reveal a noteworthy surge in the shares of micro capital companies, signifying a substantial positive effect attributable to the event. In contrast, large capital companies did not experience a significant impact on their share prices. From this, it can be inferred that religious tourism directly contributes to the growth of micro companies. Journal: Int.
