Findings explore that prior works have concentrated only on empirical validation of multiple TD areas while ignoring theoretical perspective completely. The bibliometric analysis reveals that the number of TD publications is following an ascending pattern since 2009 that can be marked by low productivity, low average citations per document, and rising author collaborations. The content analysis explores eight distinct areas within TD research: 1) service quality in TD; 2) role of culture and heritage in TD; 3) TD loyalty; 4) branding procedure and brand equity; 5) customer behaviour; 6) technological aspects; 7) tourism during pandemic situation; 8) forms of tourism. This is because employees need to be innovative and constantly equipped with skills and knowledge based on the dynamism and competitiveness of the market environment. Few studies have linked education and training to innovation, though none attempted to include the contingency variable that would bring more insights on the nature of this relationship. Therefore, this study attempted to include the variable of 'quality' as a contingency variable to determine if it influences this association considering that the 21st century is mainly centred on quality. The study's sample data were collected from some employees in TAZARA management and analysed using Jamovi. The results present that quality results completely mediate the association between education and training, and important innovations. Journal: Int. The increased use of mobile phones and the affordability of the internet aided businesses in meeting new customer demands such as food delivery to the customers' homes. Thus, the primary goal of this research is to identify the factors influencing customer intention to use food delivery apps (FDAs) during COVID-19. Data are collected using a structured questionnaire and analysed quantitatively using partial least square structured equation modelling (PLS-SEM). Results show that price value and convenience are the most influential factors affecting the intention to use FDAs during COVID-19. There is, however, insufficient evidence to demonstrate the influence of the other three factors (e.g., service quality, delivery experience, ease of use) on FDA use intention. A better understanding of emerging student consumers will assist management in leveraging the factors that must be considered when providing services to this market. Journal: Int. Drawing upon the social exchange theory this study investigated the impact of idiosyncratic deals on employee workplace deviance and to what extent psychological empowerment moderates the association between idiosyncratic deals and employee workplace deviance using SEM analysis. Seeing the trend of personalisation, firms have started practicing personalised human resource practices and adjusting work arrangements to match the demands of deserving employees and enterprises' strategic objectives to retain talented human resources. A total of 405 hotel front-line workers from a population of 25 classified and unclassified hotels from Haryana were surveyed. From a managerial perspective, results concluded that management and policymakers at the hospitality industry should prioritise the offering of personalised work arrangements based on employees personal and work requirements in order to build their sense of psychological empowerment, which in turn suppress their workplace deviances. This philosophy is consistent with the perception that safety is characterised by the freedom of intolerable risk. The system is safe when nothing undesirable happens. However, it becomes a paradox to measure what cannot be controlled. The measurement of safety, by having as an indicator what went wrong, means that the safer a system is, the less there will be to measure and if something rarely happens, it becomes impossible to assess how well it works. In a metaphoric sense, it can either lead to the expected production goals but also to the limits of the system. A fundamental aspect of safety management is control, to have power over something, which under this paradox makes it increasingly difficult to achieve and with counterproductive results. This research was conducted in hotels in the city of Medina in Saudi Arabia. As a quantitative study, both probability and non-probability sampling methods were used to select the 220 participants, who were hotel employees from a variety of backgrounds. A survey data collection tool was used alongside a questionnaire, and the data was processed with SPSS software. The findings showed that the servant leadership style places a high value on helping followers instead of trying to align their interests with that of the company. Servant leadership plays a major role in influencing LMX. LMX was identified as a strong mediator of servant leadership. Also, it was found that LMX is an important mediator of follower engagement where leadership effectiveness is positively related to follower engagement. Journal: Int. The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports (MYAS) has set its goals for India to finish within the top-25 medal rank by the end of the decade, i.e., the 2028 Olympics. In the past decade, the private sector has invested in several segments of the sports ecosystem, namely infrastructure, talent development, and ownership of teams in franchise-based leagues. Given this trend, adopting public-private partnerships (PPP) is expected to play a significant role in achieving India's sporting ambitions on the world stage. The study's objective is to explore existing literature on PPP from the lens of the sports policy environment and examine the implementation strategies adopted by other sectors. In addition, it provides managerial implications on how state governments across India can develop a framework for implementing the PPP model within the sports sector. Journal: Int. J. of Knowledge Management in Tourism and Hospitality Pages: 136-148 Issue: 2 Volume: 3 Year: 2023 Keywords: public-private partnerships; PPP; sports development; economic growth; policy implementation. The restrictions were applied by countries without uniform criteria, however, in the air transport industry, the decision was international and culminated in the closure of airports, resulting in a serious economic crisis. The present investigation aims to demonstrate the strategic importance of air cargo transportation in the context of a pandemic. This study aims to analyse how the COVID-19 influenced the air cargo transportation (Emirates) on the Lisbon-Dubai-Lisbon route. For this purpose, a relationship was established between the different variables and the problem identified, using statistical data worked through panel data and the partial least squares regression (PLSR) method. In the study, the positive impacts on the air cargo flow derived from GDP, fare and yield should be highlighted and the negative impacts, derived from the restrictions imposed by COVID-19. Through bibliometric analysis, it also identifies the most frequently used terms in these study publications, which can be used by researchers to enhance their investigations into the health of the most vulnerable tribes. This essay has covered a variety of health challenges, including non-communicable, occupational, hereditary, genetic, vector-borne, and communicable diseases. Finally, it addresses the topic and makes recommendations for how to enhance the health of ethnic minority tribes in India and abroad. Journal: Int.
