In particular, the rapid and massive e-wallet promotion offered by several prominent vendors has raised new opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to increase sales revenue. In addition, e-wallet use has boosted the enthusiasm of consumers through various discounted prices. Few studies on the attitudes of owners or managers of SMBs on financial technology have examined deeply the factors that influence the adoption of the e-wallet in SMBs. This research uses a technology-organisation-environment (TOE) framework to focus on internal and external characteristics of SMBs. Data from 402 respondents were analysed using SEM-PLS. The findings suggested that vendors offering e-wallet payment services should consider their perceived usefulness and ease of use. Government support has also shown to be a significant antecedent toward consumers' intention to use e-wallet payment services in Indonesian SMBs. Journal: Int. This study aims to explore how and in what ways shared leadership impacts team processes and outcomes. Specifically, this study proposes the moderating effects of shared leadership on the relationship between transactive memory system (TMS) and team learning and between team learning and project outcomes. A survey method was adopted to test the proposed model. Based on partial least squares (PLS) analysis, the results confirmed a negative effect of shared leadership on the relationship between team learning and project outcomes. High-level shared leadership substitutes the effects of team learning on project outcomes. However, the moderating effect of shared leadership on the relationship between TMS and team learning was not supported. This study makes theoretical contributions and practical implications for understanding the context of information systems development (ISD) project teams. Journal: Int. However, agile methods prefer team members to be co-located to promote effective communication between team members and this lack of face-to-face communication in a distributed setting result in various communication challenges due to distance, time and cultural differences. This research proposes a framework to overcome communication challenges such as language barriers, time-zone differences and trust issues. A mixed-method research choice combining both qualitative and quantitative design was opted for this research where for the initial stage of the study, a systematic literature review (SLR) was performed. The analysis of the survey data collected demonstrated that the majority of respondents have rated the framework components as effective, hence making the latter viable for adoption by distributed agile projects. Towards this goal, we recruited n = 246 front-line employees from the retail banking industry. The theorised relationships were examined using mediation and moderation analysis. Results demonstrate that EE significantly strengthens ERSB in a retail banking environment. The findings also indicate that job passion partially mediates the relationship between EE and ERSB. Additionally, our study demonstrates that the relationship between EE and job passion is stronger when employees have high levels of job autonomy than when they have low job autonomy. Journal: Int.
