The study involved 1,273 participants drawn from nine countries (Poland = 234, South Korea = 194, Ukraine = 181, India = 131, China = 126, Germany = 100, Portugal = 101, Turkey = 99, and Pakistan = 107). Confirmatory factor analyses (CFA) supported the factorial validity of the RIDMS scale across diverse cultural contexts, with only minor measurement variance observed in some subdimensions. Internal consistency analyses demonstrated acceptable reliability coefficients for all subscales. Independent-samples t-tests revealed no significant gender differences for six of the subdimensions, while significant differences were found for four of them. In addition, cross-country comparisons indicated meaningful variations in decision-making styles across national samples, underscoring the importance of culturally sensitive applications of the RIDMS scale in international research. Therefore, this study focuses on older knowledge workers in China's private colleges and universities as the main research subjects. Through the research methods of 1,077 valid questionnaire surveys and empirical estimation, it was found that career capital (including human capital, social capital, and decision-making capital) significantly promotes successful workplace ageing, with each dimension having a positive effect on workplace success. Career capital is significantly positively correlated with self-efficacy. Self-efficacy and job crafting mediate the relationship between career capital and successful workplace ageing. However, perceived organisational support negatively moderates the relationships between human capital and self-efficacy, as well as between career capital and job crafting. This study proposes coping strategies such as hierarchical management of career capital, collaborative activation of self-efficacy and job crafting, dynamic adaptation of organisational support strategies, and precise policy implementation based on age segmentation. The study uses annual panel data from eight ASEAN nations between 2000 and 2023. The analysis was conducted by using the CS-ARDL model, and robustness was performed by alternative estimation techniques, i.e., FMOLS and DOLS estimators. The findings demonstrate that the growth of the financial sector has a long-term, statistically significant, and favourable impact on the mobilisation of tax revenue. By expanding the tax base, increasing activity in the formal sector, and decreasing opportunities for evasion, a healthy financial system increases tax collection. While inflation has a negative effect on fiscal performance, economic growth, sound governance, and FDI inflows positively contribute to revenue. The results imply that ASEAN governments ought to incorporate financial development tactics like enhancing credit availability, growing digital finance, and fortifying banking establishments into their more comprehensive budgetary plans. It explored how procurement-driven mechanisms contribute to firm competitiveness, efficiency, and inclusive industrial growth. Structural equation modelling was applied to analyse responses from 621 clothing manufacturers operating in three provinces of South Africa. The findings revealed that both SP and ESD exert statistically significant positive effects on firm performance, particularly in enhancing cost efficiency, reducing lead times, and improving product quality. SP fosters innovation and relational stability, while ESD strengthens supplier capacity, infrastructure readiness, and compliance. However, persistent barriers such as financial exclusion, policy misalignment, and global sourcing pressures continue to constrain local industrial revitalisation. The findings inform procurement and industrial policy by demonstrating how institutionalising SP and ESD within buyer-supplier relationships can drive performance and support national development goals. This research offers a validated framework for leveraging relational procurement to foster competitiveness, local supplier upgrading, and INCLUSIVE economic transformation. Journal: Int. The relationship between human capital, exports, imports, fixed capital investments and economic growth in Türkiye is analysed for the period 1960-2023 based on the endogenous growth model. The aim of this study is to empirically examine the causality relationship between exports and human capital in Türkiye within the framework of the endogenous growth model. The results obtained from the cointegration analysis and causality tests applied in the study are consistent with the assumptions of endogenous growth theories in Türkiye. The study reveals that exports, imports, human and fixed capital are important elements of economic growth. Journal: Int. Analysis of 429 survey responses using structural equation modelling reveals that DT directly improves both SCDC and CA. The three-dimensional SCDC construct partially mediates this relationship. Furthermore, strong channel integration amplifies DT's positive effect on CA. The findings integrate dynamic capability theory into retail supply chain management, offering practical insights for firms. Journal: Int. Using panel data from 201 firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange across six strategic sectors from 2020-2024, a quantitative approach with robust panel regression is applied. The findings reveal that board gender diversity has a significant but negative effect on FLID, suggesting that gender-diverse boards influence disclosure through conservative monitoring rather than increased disclosure volume. Conversely, accounting expertise of audit committee members shows no significant effect, implying that such expertise enhances reporting quality without affecting discretionary disclosure. Control variables, including board size, firm size, leverage, firm age, and year effects, significantly influence disclosure behaviour. Overall, the study demonstrates that internal governance mechanisms may discipline rather than expand disclosure in emerging markets, highlighting contextual governance effects and offering implications for regulators and policymakers. The study uses quantitative methods, applying regression techniques feasible generalised least squares and generalised method of moments to address heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, and endogeneity. The results show that credit control positively impacts performance, but this impact gradually decreases as enterprise size increases, reflecting the moderating role of size. This study contributes to literature by extending prior research that often focused on direct effects of credit policies in developed markets, whereas our analysis emphasises the significant role of moderators in an emerging market context. In practice, the study proposes appropriate credit policies for each group of enterprises to optimise capital use efficiency and control risks in the real estate industry. Journal: Int. This study introduces a mathematical framework to address this gap. Due to the additive-only nature of the five-point Likert scale, a 100-point system was adopted. Experts rated each variable based on a baseline of 1, and matrix multiplication was used to generate proportional importance values, overcoming the limits of ordinal comparisons. Mathematical induction shows that, with equal initial scores, variables with higher variance receive lower importance. This supports the logic of the weighting process and improves the scale's sensitivity in distinguishing variable significance. By analysing internal variance, the method allows for clearer importance ranking and enhances evaluation precision. While the Likert scale is common, its statistical limits reduce reliability. Incorporating the expert weighting method addresses these flaws and improves evaluation tools. Journal: Int. However, many SMEs struggle to sustain innovative behaviour due to resource constraints and capability gaps. Grounded in social cognitive theory, this study develops and empirically tests a behavioural model explaining how entrepreneurial passion, self-efficacy, self-leadership, and entrepreneurial resilience jointly influence innovative entrepreneurial behaviour. Data were collected from 400 SME owners in East Java, Indonesia, and analysed using SmartPLS structural equation modelling. The findings show that entrepreneurial passion significantly strengthens self-efficacy, self-leadership, and resilience, which subsequently enhance entrepreneurial intention and innovative behaviour. Self-leadership and resilience act as key mediators linking passion to innovation performance. This study contributes to the innovation and entrepreneurship literature by integrating affective and cognitive factors. Practically, the results suggest that fostering passion, confidence, and self-leadership can improve SMEs' innovation capability and competitiveness in developing economies. Journal: Int.
