Dimensions including 'job demands, pay and benefits, relationship with others, and supervisory support' were investigated as antecedents of job engagement, and 'job satisfaction, organisational commitment, and intentions to quit' were investigated as consequence factors. The results show that 'job demands, relationship with others, and supervisory support' were the significant determinants of job engagement, but 'pay and benefits' was not possessing a significant influence on 'job engagement'. However, the links between 'job engagement' and its consequences including 'job satisfaction, organisational commitment, and intentions to quit' were found to be statistically significant. The outcomes indicate that organisations can decrease their employees' 'intentions to quit' by effectively engaging them through identified factors to enhance their 'job satisfaction and commitment'. This gave an important lesson with necessity of having business continuity plans (BCPs) to mitigate the risk. This study identified factors influencing BCP for SMEs and designed a scale to evaluate the SMEs based on a cross-sectional survey of 100 SMEs in Bengaluru of Karnataka state. A risk assessment scale has been developed using secondary information with appropriate weights assigned to the influencing factors in risk calculation using five-point Likert scale. Confirmatory factor analysis with structural equation modelling was used to derive risk-rating scale, with normality of data using Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistic, it was found that the proposed risk rating scale was 97% consistent with risk management teams of SMEs. There are many different methods for evaluating forecasting models, such as MAE, RMSE, MAPE, and Theil-U, among others. After the creation of AIC, AICc, HQ, BIC, and BICc, the two criteria that have become the most popular and commonly utilised are Bayesian IC and Akaike's IC. In this investigation, we are innovative in our use of exponential weighting to get the log-likelihood of the information criteria for model selection, which means that we propose assigning greater weight to more recent data in order to reflect their increased precision. All research data is from the major stock markets' daily observations, which include the USA (GSPC, DJI), Europe (FTSE 100, AEX, and FCHI), and Asia (Nikkei). Journal: Int. It took almost a decade to build and enforce, which was a most challenging task. It was anticipated to remove all types of cascading effects present in the previous system. The most important expectation from the regime was justice in revenue distribution and bringing transparency to the fullest extent. The GST regime is facing not only implementation problems but structural problems too. The present paper is a combination of theoretical and empirical studies carried out from 2017 to 2020. The major focus of the study is the challenges faced by the GST regime from the day of its inception. The research methods used include the observation method to record the problems and hurdles faced by stakeholders of the GST regime. Journal: Int. Most of the existing approaches either add a large number of BP elements to the existing BP or replace the current BP with a new one. Thus, those approaches are expensive and less user-friendly. Conversely, the constraint-based approach results in a minimal amount of changes in the structure of BP. Additionally, this approach gives the privilege to the stakeholders. Additionally, this approach gives the privilege to the stakeholders to reconfigure the BPs according to their goal requirements. In this paper, a constraint-driven approach is proposed to achieve reconfigurability in BP. Constraints like data, gateway and ordering are considered in BPs. Several real-life case studies have been described in detail. Finally, an algorithm named reconfigurable business process achievement algorithm (RCBPA) has been proposed and implemented to achieve reconfigurability in BP. Journal: Int. This research proposes a method of discovering information that facilitates the creation of innovation using statistical processing, and an external theory targeting information associated with products. Word-of-mouth information concerning home appliances, aggregated during a specific period, was collectively analysed without dividing the total duration of the period. It was found that information lead to the emergence of innovation. This study aimed to discover information that supplements innovation through statistical processing (i.e., principal component analysis, non-negative matrix factorisation, and latent Dirichlet allocation). In the future, it will be crucial to re-examine various discussions that can be expressed in two dimensions or those that independently deal with product characteristics. Going forward, it will be essential to perform quantitative analysis of the relationship of product characteristics with each period of the product life cycle. Journal: Int. Abstract: This research aims to evaluate the effect of e-commerce gamification on post-adoption behavioural intention on an e-commerce application in Indonesia mediated by flow experience, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude. The structural equation modelling analysis was chosen to examine the data using 325 respondents who are active users who play the games in the e-commerce app. The research results found that attitude towards gamification is a strong predictor in determining continued use intention and intention to spread the WOM of the e-commerce application. Besides, flow experience, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness will shape a positive attitude towards gamification, leading to continued use intention and intention to spread WOM. Findings in this research provide empirical evidence of gamification's use in an e-commerce application in a developing country. It underlines the importance of using gamification to shape the attitude to keep using the e-commerce application and spread WOM. Journal: Int. For this purpose, the structural equation model (SEM) is developed, which is based on a sample of 139 Slovenian medium and large enterprises (MLE) that completed the questionnaire. In the empirical analysis, the in-depth survey data for an enterprise are combined with the Gvin accountancy database of indicators. The MLE performance is being measured with the return on equity (ROE). The empirical results partially confirmed the impact of the used MTs on the enterprises ROE, which can be increased with the proper use and managers' satisfaction with MTs. To the best of the authors' knowledge, no empirical study has been conducted to examine the relationship among use of MTs and ROE for Slovenian ML enterprises. Journal: Int. No part of the planet is immune to flooding. As flood risk is a function of flood danger, exposed goods, and their susceptibility, the growth in flood losses must be attributed to changes in each of these components. Flood insurance has been increasingly popular in recent years. As a result, the insurance business is being forced to provide acceptable solutions. The proposed model constructs the catastrophe risk model for flooding to assess the impact of typical precipitation data uncertainty on loss predictions. Here just a city area is thought about as opposed to an entire region and approach definite information and processing assets ordinarily inaccessible to industry modellers. The model comprises of four parts, a stochastic module, a hydrological and water driven flood danger module, a weakness module, and a monetary misfortune module. It accepts openness information as information and yields the assessed AAL misfortune, EP bend, OEP, AEP bend and PML misfortune. Journal: Int. Second, it analyses the separate impact of the other two cultural levels (national and organisational) on job satisfaction. To do this, a mixed method grounded theory is conducted. Ten information technology occupational culture (ITOC) values, namely: adaptation, precision in communication, enjoyment, teamwork, 3U demands of the customers, management support, social image, group consciousness, technical jargon, and uncertainty of task limits, were investigated. Eight identified categories showed similarities with previous research; however, management support and uncertainty tasks limits emerged as unique for this study and Turkey. In the second stage, revealed cultural values were turned into measurable dimensions, and the theoretical research model was tested. Results indicated that organisational and occupational culture had a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction, whereas national culture did not. This study is an effort to reveal the predictors of IT professionals' job satisfaction and investigate ITOC values outside of the Western context countries. Journal: Int. The study reveals that on average, M&A deals create wealth for shareholders of the acquiring firms, as determined by abnormal percentage returns in a five-day event window. Regarding the further classification of acquiring firms based on industry, the abnormal percentage returns vary in different sectors in both countries. In China, shareholders benefit in seven out of ten industries, while in India, they gain in five out of nine industries. Moreover, the stock markets' responses vary depending on the type of M&A in each country. Cross-industry M&A deals in China generate higher gains for shareholders than within-industry deals, whereas, in India, within-industry M&A deals generate higher gains. Journal: Int. After many decades of stunted growth, the commodity derivatives markets in India became active in early 2000. The current study aims to evaluate the performance of futures markets or metals and energy in India. Eight commodities from metals and energy are considered for the analysis. Daily prices of these commodities in the spot market and futures markets are collected for a period of two years. The hedging effectiveness is evaluated using the percentage reduction the futures markets can provide as compared to the volatility in the spot market. The findings of the study reveal that the futures markets in India are effective in price risk management. Energy and base metal markets are relatively better than the precious metals markets in terms of hedge effectiveness. Journal: Int. Additionally, BDA is examined as a possible moderator between QSR-based SEIs and QSR management approach (MA) (substantive or symbolic), furthermore, reviewing the direct impacts of SEIs on QSR management approach (MA). Partially least square (PLS)-based structural equation modelling (SEM) was used to test our research model. The study uses a quantitative survey to measure constructs within Egyptian firms. The findings confirm the value of the entanglement conceptualisation of the hierarchical QSR-based SEIs model, which directly impacts QSR-MA. In addition, the results confirm the strong moderating of BDA in enhancing QSR-MA. The findings might aid in developing a significant research agenda for the link between QSR-based SEIs, QSR-MA, and BDA to improve research and practice through the efficient use of information resources. While studying the impact of knowledge management on project success, the article also examines how knowledge worker ambidexterity mediates this effect. The sample consists of 450 knowledge workers from 16 prominent IT firms in Pakistan's major cities. PLS-SEM was used to analyse data gathered through questionnaires and convenience sampling. Results show that autocratic leadership and opportunistic behaviour hinder knowledge management in Pakistani IT enterprises and indirectly affect project success. The knowledge management process benefits project success, however, knowledge worker ambidexterity partially mediates this link. The study expands the knowledge-based view to emphasise identifying and removing knowledge management (KM) barriers. It integrates the organisational behaviour concepts with KM theory and project management. Finally, theoretical contributions and manager and policymaker implications are covered. Journal: Int. In this paper, we build a thesaurus and conceptual model by using an integrative text-driven approach with a scientific corpus for contributing to this issue. Stages performed: corpus conforming, text preparation, text analysis, pattern discovery, and pattern validation. In total, 101 potential terms associated with CT are identified. Besides, 12 underlying grouping patterns of such terms are discovered. A new thesaurus and a novel conceptual model (direction, action, and contribution elements) are proposed to enable a better understanding of CT in business. The discovered patterns of CT in business are useful for developing future organisational managers/leaders. Journal: Int. At the same time, omnichannel retail is increasingly entering enterprises' horizons. To provide consumers with a seamless experience in an omnichannel context, the integration and optimisation of retail channels demand significant consideration by companies. Hence, a thorough review of the topic is necessary to understand the omni-channel retail trend and its effects on the supply chain structures. This study uses a systematic literature review to extract data from three databases, i.e. Scopus, ProQuest and Taylor % Francis, for 2012-2023. Sixty-two articles were reviewed. The descriptive and thematic analysis revealed various themes and insights. In particular, it explored multiple ways of integrating information and distribution channels. Eight themes from the warehouse and logistics direction were explored that will help the practitioners to improve inventory management and optimise logistics channels to enhance the impact and reduce the disruptions caused in retail supply chains. An OC strategy requires a channel-design and channel-management framework to align and integrate organisational systems, structure, processes, people, and resources to deliver a seamless and consistent customer experience across channels. Transformation management is challenging. The study aims to identify and investigate barriers to OC retailing by developing a framework for retail managers to prioritise and manage their removal. A literature review found 21 barriers. The study used an integrated ISM and fuzzy MICMAC approach to analyse contextual relationships between barriers. ISM produced a nine-level hierarchical model. Fuzzy MICMAC analysis classified barriers by driving power and dependency. The framework helps meet customer expectations by prioritising and eliminating barriers to OC retailing. The study fills a gap in the OC retailing literature by providing a structured framework for managing the transition to OC retailing, especially in an emerging market context. Journal: Int.
