Using a dataset of over 5,422 publications from 2012 to 2022, bibliometric methods and R-packages are employed to analyse publication trends, citation patterns, influential sources, authors, institutions, and countries. The findings reveal a sustained interest in KM and OP research, with an average annual growth rate of 5.87% in the number of published documents. The most extensively studied subjects in the field encompass knowledge management, innovation, learning organisations, and organisational culture. Concurrently, nascent areas of interest have emerged with lower frequencies, as reflected by the inclusion of newer keywords such as 'digital transformation', 'Industry 4.0', and 'digital technologies'. This study contributes to the existing literature by offering a comprehensive bibliometric analysis and representing the first holistic analysis on the topic. Journal: Int. Leaders in the world of innovation, research, and ambitious individuals are some of the most developed nations, including the USA. So, for a country to develop, great entrepreneurs can bring the necessary change. Various institutions and the government have included entrepreneurship in their curricula. Though research related to entrepreneurship is abundant, existing research is scattered. Therefore, there is a need for a study that synthesises the existing research work. This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of research on entrepreneurship education and training using Scopus data. It enhances existing knowledge through qualitative and quantitative approaches, revealing that developed countries dominate the field, with increasing participation from developing nations. The findings offer insights for future research and highlight innovation as a growing theme in entrepreneurship studies. Journal: Int. Recently, graphene-based antennas have gained popularity. Currently, research is underway to design and develop compact antennas using graphene material. This study presents an analysis of graphene antennas for 5G communication from a bibliometric and thematic viewpoint. A literature search was carried out on the Scopus database documents related to 5G communication using graphene antenna. To conduct this study, total 56 research articles from 2014-2021 were reviewed. Bibliometrix (R package) and SciMAT software were used to conduct this review in terms of bibliometric and thematic analysis. The analysis presents results as contributing authors and co-authors, main affiliations, leading contributing countries, main relevant sources and major themes. The derived results provide insight into the limitations and scope of collaborative research in the area of 5G antenna design utilising graphene material. Journal: Int. Employee job satisfaction is measured by their preference for job aspects such as work profile and quality. Consequently, scholars worldwide have examined how digital transformation affects employee job satisfaction. This study aims to analyse the progression of research on the 'impact of digital transformation on employee job satisfaction' in major Scopus-listed journals within management and social sciences. Employing bibliometric tools like Bibliometrix/Biblioshiny, this analysis synthesises bibliometric data, encompassing clustering, conceptual, intellectual, and social structures, along with author and citation analysis. The objective is to provide researchers and academics with insights into the evolving literature, trends, perspectives, and themes in digital transformation and employee satisfaction. The findings underscore the positive correlation between digital transformation initiatives, heightened job satisfaction, and improved job performance, emphasising the potential to shift jobs from operational to strategic, lean, and flexible, thereby enhancing overall satisfaction. This topic is important because customer satisfaction helps in the creation of maintainable competitive advantage and improvement in the financial outcomes of businesses. The purpose of this study is to offer the most recent status of published articles on the customer satisfaction construct on the Scopus database. The bibliometric analysis was conducted on the keyword 'customer satisfaction' in the Scopus database using the 'title, abstract, and keywords' search option. According to the study, the customer satisfaction construct has emerged as a major research subject in the last decade, with a total of 61,225 articles till the end of 2020. The first publication on the customer satisfaction construct dates to the year 1928. The construct is a global phenomenon that has captured the interest of experts around the world in the previous decade, with publications ranging from 2016 to 2020. The study reveals that publications on customer satisfaction are available in a variety of fields but as expected, publication in the discipline of business management dominates this area of research. The study can be used by academicians as a ready reference if they want to do further study on the customer satisfaction construct. Journal: Int. For this, 227 papers published until September 2022 in the Web of Knowledge through the PRISMA protocol are analysed and classified. The works were identified using the keywords 'fraud', 'model', 'detection', 'banking' and 'risk' and classified into 12 categories, such as type of study, approach, cut, design, nature, the purpose of study, method, spatial scope, period of study, focus, data used and results. Based on the classification, statistics of complex networks are also used to identify the existing citation connections between them. The results show that there is a dissemination of the use of machine learning techniques together with business rules to detect possible cases of fraud and a growing increase in cases of fraud with social engineering. These findings are useful for the scientific literature that investigates operational risk professionals of banks. Journal: Int. Standing in a long queue, waiting for their turn? Or is seamless banking with digital services an attractive option? Poor service quality can lead to frustrated customers, decreased trust, and decreased adoption of digital banking services. In the present times, internet-based tools have altered the way businesses communicate with their customers. Digital banking is an ecosystem that incorporates the digital environment to improve the overall banking experience, timeliness, precision, and ease for both the front end and the back end. The study clarifies the collective knowledge of digital banking service quality through bibliometric analysis. The Scopus database is used in the study using the keyword 'Digital banking service quality'. The bibliographic search yielded 187 results spanning from 1991 to 2022. The analysis presents the result for scientific publications per year, article citations, source of publications, co-occurrence, country-wise publications, and bibliometric coupling. The significant findings reveal that Alkhowaiter (2020) is the most cited article. Co-word analysis came out with five clusters showing the composition of different keywords. Bibliometric coupling emerged with six clusters, identifying varied themes around digital banking service quality. The paper is concluded by discussing implications and limitations. Journal: Int. The current article has done a bibliometric analysis, and to understand the analysis comprehensively, the Scopus database has been extracted to identify the publications by year, most published subject area, utmost cited papers, and research productivity in terms of most prolific authors, countries, and institutions. The VOSviewer software was run to analyse the bibliometric methods based on co-authorship analysis, co-occurrences of keywords and citation analysis. By visualising the software, the outcome represents that during 2020, the variable 'organisational commitment' has the highest number of publications with 728 documents, thereby representing an important topic in the scenario according to the recent trends and issues in behavioural studies and setting its targets for forthcoming research agenda. This examination confirms the determining factors that impact white-collar business employees' performance and overall productivity while working via virtual means. Through analysing this relationship, areas have emerged as prevalent indicators of employees' level of productivity including work environment, corporate culture, communication practices, human resources support and training, management and supervision tactics, as well as employee well-being and incentivisation. A negative correlation was discovered concerning productivity and virtual employment, and a configurational framework was created to explain the nuances of virtual employment and productivity. Furthermore, employee supports are illustrated that could help mitigate or alleviate virtual employee productivity losses. Understanding the nuances of how an employee can lose value from working virtually can help organisations in their strategy and planning to better support their workforce. Journal: Int. However, the consumer's behaviour for purchasing green products/services is still an evolving research area. This study aims to study the existing literature available and attempt to sketch the future research possibilities in the consumer's green purchase behaviour A total of 129 articles published between 2005-2022 on green consumer purchase behaviour were extracted from the Scopus database, reviewed by content analysis and analysed through bibliometric analysis. The study enriches the existing literature related to green consumer purchase behaviour by providing and picturing a holistic view of the existing academic literature available on the Scopus database. The limitation of the study is the usage of only one database and the timeline of the study. Journal: Int.
