Consumer perspective Abstract: This research aims to establish a valid and accurate measurement scale and identify consumer-driven characteristics for minimalism. The study has employed a hybrid approach to produce items for minimalism. Expert interviews were conducted to identify the items for minimalism in the first phase followed by consumer survey to obtain their response in second phase. A five-point Likert scale was used to collect the data. Further, data was subjected to reliability and validity check. Structural equation modelling was used to test the model. The findings demonstrated that there are five dimensions by which consumers perceive minimalism: decluttering, mindful consumption, aesthetic choices, financial freedom, and sustainable lifestyle. The outcome also revealed a high correlation between simplicity and well-being. This study is the first to provide a reliable and valid instrument for minimalism. The results will have several theoretical and practical ramifications for society and policymakers. It will support policymakers in gauging and encouraging minimalistic practices, which enhance environmental performance and lower carbon footprint. Journal: Int. This paper presents a case study aimed at reducing the setup time of HESS RH 600 moulding machine. Four alternatives are proposed and evaluated to achieve this goal. The first alternative involves converting internal to external activities, while the subsequent alternatives aim to improve the basic solution. These include building a canopy near the machine (alternative 2), installing an air reservoir (alternative 3), and a comprehensive approach involving building the canopy, installing the air reservoir, and adding a new forklift to facilitate the machine setup process (alternative 4). The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) heuristic method is used to select the best alternative solution based on prespecified criteria. It is found that the application of the single-minute exchange of die (SMED) solution without any further improvement is the most favourable. Journal: Int. Inadequate scheduling has the potential to adversely impact work quality and put the project's financial resources at risk. Additionally, more planning is needed to maintain the project's timeline, a crucial element for companies. This article introduces an innovative approach integrating soft computing techniques with an extended fuzzy Petri net to enhance project planning and scheduling within the conventional CPM/PERT framework. Our methodology employs two reasoning algorithms and establishes a fuzzy time cost trade-off soft computing (FTCTS-Net) program for identifying critical paths in the project. To address time-cost trade-off challenges, we incorporate a genetic search module that optimises the model's solutions to achieve results closest to the ideal solution. This model offers valuable insights into time and cost-related management challenges across various risk levels. Effectively mitigating time-cost problems, the proposed model clarifies achieving the best combinative optimised result between total project cost and time under different risk scenarios. Accordingly, it becomes relevant to explore how scrum can be implemented in geographically distributed teams. This study aims to identify a set of different types of practical distributed scrum implementation using three case studies with Portuguese software companies. Furthermore, it explores the main motivations for this migration, the challenges posed by the geographical dispersion of teams, and the benefits brought by this approach to organisations. The findings reveal three approaches for implementing distributed scrum considering the geographical location of the employees and the challenges that are posed in terms of communication, collaboration and coordination. These approaches enhance the theoretical knowledge in the field and help software companies to migrate from traditional scrum environments to large-scale distributed environments. Journal: Int. Sentiment analysis is one of the fastest-growing research areas in computer science, making it difficult to keep track of all activities in the area, including data we made in social networks, the web as well as communicating with each other, and so on. This paper explains sentiment analysis of positive and negative comments taken from social networks and news sites of low resources languages such as Albanian. These comments are taken from different topics and are analysed with a support vector machine, using Sklearn and other algorithms. As we know, social networks and online communication involve both positive and negative relationships between each other's. This research measures and shows how people are prone to express positive or negative opinions about any important case. Being aware of these problems, the edge sign prediction problem that aims to predict whether an interaction between a pair of nodes will be positive or negative should be considered. Therefore, this study provides theoretical results regarding this problem that motivates natural improvements. Journal: Int. However, the subject of this emerging area is not well studied and there is a lack of scientific literature. This research aims to develop a detail model of steps and objectives that must be implicit in the development of a project in management consulting. The results of the empirical analysis in the form of semi-structured interviews and questionnaires applied to management consultants and SME managers in Portugal reveal that a project in management consulting should be developed in nine steps starting from the pre-proposal and finishing in the measurement of five stages of development, including identification, characterisation, formulation, implementation, and evaluation. Thus, the study is motivated to identify COVID-19 and Taiwan as research subjects. This study utilises the pandemic data (from January 2020 to May 2020) of five countries and proposes a hybrid time series-based method to analyse the diagnosis rates and mortality rates. Consequently, the USA, Russia, Spain, and Taiwan's forecast results fall within the confidence interval; Brazil's forecast results exceed the confidence interval. Despite the limitations, the proposed model can still be used as a viable alternative for predicting future pandemics. Firstly, behavioural datasets which works on logistic regression technique and secondly, facial dataset which works on based on convolutional neural network (CNN) Classifier in order to predict whether a person is suffering from autism or not. The suggested hybrid model which works on behavioural and facial dataset of a person beats state-of-the-art approaches in terms of accuracy, according to simulation findings. The proposed hybrid model had an average accuracy of 88% for the logistic regression model while it achieved an accuracy of 82.76% for the CNN model. Journal: Int. This paper proposes a new convolution neural network method to measuring the risk of supply chain. All risk factors in the supply chain are analysed to clarify the relationship between different factors. The determination of the overall risk assessment index is done by identifying the coordination risk, logistics risk, information risk, and capital risk. The determination of the individual risk index is done by identifying the cost-profit rate, product qualification rate, and order lead time of the supplier risk. The manufacturing cost, product development cycle, and product flexibility are determined in the manufacturer's risk. On this basis, the measurement index system of this link is designed, though the convolution neural network to measure this measurement index system. Through analysis the highest fitting degree of this method was about 94%, the highest true rate is about 0.91, the lowest false positive rate is about 0.09. Journal: Int.
